General Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions

     

1. General

The general sales and delivery terms and conditions are applicable to all Viktor Rätzer AG goods and services. Other conditions of the customer have no validity. Any and all changes require written confirmation from Viktor Rätzer AG. By ordering, the customer expresses express agreement with the terms and conditions given here.

2. Orders

Orders can be made by telephone, in writing, by telefax or email. Order confirmations will be issued only at the express request of the customer.

3. Prices

Prices are given in Swiss francs, net, excluding VAT and any applicable import tax. Price changes reserved.

4. Delivery

Made against invoice and at receiver’s risk. Till the price is paid in full, the goods remain the property of Viktor Rätzer AG.

5. Complaints

All and any complaints concerning the products must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

6. Packaging

Domestic: packaging and costs including in invoice
Abroad: packaging included

7. Consignment

Domestic: ex-works by post, package courier service or Cargo Domizil
Abroad: DAF (Incoterms) by post, package courier service or forwarding on instructions
   
 

We accept no liability for transport damage. We request our customers to contact the forwarding agent concerned immediately should there be any complaint. Insurance against damages of any type is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Delivery Term

Ex-store or by agreement. The agreed delivery term will be maintained wherever possible. We accept no liability for damage claims resulting from delayed delivery.

9. Small Quantity Billing

We make no surcharge for small quantities, with the exception of electroplating services and specific custom work with prior agreement.

10. Place of Fulfilment

Place of Fulfilment and Place of Jurisdiction for both parties is CH-5600 Lenzburg. We reserve the right, if necessary, to nominate a different Place of Jurisdiction.
